Katherine from National VOAD (Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster) joins Emily from Elevation to share how together they redesigned National VOAD's website to put the needs of their community at the forefront. Learn how National VOAD is building their supporter base by establishing trust with new website visitors and making it easier for current members to stay active. For both new and existing audiences, how well their needs are served by your non-profit's website is determined by many elements, such as:

• How easy it is to find the information visitors seek
• How quickly users can complete their desired tasks
• How the design and interactions make users feel
• What additional content users discover

This presentation covers...

  • How NVOAD's redesigned their website to increase visitors and subscribers 25-95% across all KPIs
  • Tools and tips for applying UX principles to your nonprofit website
  • Best practices gleaned from Elevation's experience creating more than 600 non-profit websites over the last decade
